Another opportunity to evolve.</span></strong></h1><p class="isSelectedEnd">Kassai Capital – SGOIC, S.A. hereby announces to investors and the general public the extension of the subscription period for the <strong>Kassai Evolution I Fund until 25 September 2026</strong>, following the initial closing date of 11 September 2026.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The extension is intended to provide investors with additional time to consider and complete their investment in the Fund. Investors who have already subscribed to Kassai Evolution I may increase their investment during the extended subscription period, while prospective investors who have expressed an interest but have not yet completed the subscription process will have until 25 September 2026 to do so.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The decision also reflects the level of interest received from investors who are currently completing the procedures required to formalise their subscriptions, providing them with additional time to assess and determine the amount they wish to allocate to the Fund.</p><h2>Why Invest through Kassai Evolution I?</h2><p class="isSelectedEnd">Kassai Evolution I provides investors with access to <strong>professional and active investment management</strong>, supported by a specialised team with experience and knowledge of the financial and capital markets.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The Fund follows a diversified <strong>multi-asset investment strategy</strong> and may invest across a range of asset classes, including government and corporate debt instruments, equities, foreign currency-linked instruments and money market instruments.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Investing through a collective investment undertaking may also enable investors to benefit from the tax treatment applicable to participants in collective investment undertakings, including exemptions available under applicable legislation, subject to the relevant legal requirements, terms and conditions.</p><h2>Kassai Evolution I: A Medium-Term Investment Approach</h2><p class="isSelectedEnd">Kassai Evolution I is a <strong>closed-ended investment fund with a three-year investment horizon</strong>, designed for investors seeking capital appreciation through a professionally managed portfolio with exposure to the financial and capital markets.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The Fund has an <strong>18% hurdle rate as a performance reference</strong>.
