Walter Pacheco is a highly accomplished financial sector executive with an extensive professional career spanning capital markets, public debt management, banking, and financial sector governance in Angola. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kassai Capital SGOIC, S.A. and Banco de Negócios Internacional (BNI), providing strategic leadership and oversight of corporate governance, institutional development, and the long-term strategic direction of both institutions. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr Pacheco has held several senior executive and leadership positions within key institutions of Angola’s financial system. Notably, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (BODIVA) and Director-General of the Public Debt Management Unit (UGD) at the Ministry of Finance. His professional experience further encompasses roles within the Angolan Capital Markets Commission (CMC) and the national banking sector, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and capital mobilisation. Mr Pacheco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West of England and a Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Sussex, both in the United Kingdom. Drawing on his extensive experience across the public and private sectors, Mr Pacheco brings a strategic perspective to the leadership of Kassai Capital and BNI, with particular emphasis on sound corporate governance, institutional excellence, financial innovation, and the sustainable development of Angola’s financial and capital markets.

Daniel Santos is an Executive Director, responsible for portfolio management and operations. With more than ten years' experience in the finance sector, he was part of the founding team of Standard Gestão de Activos, serving as Investment Director, and has worked for various national banks, including the BFA where he played a significant role in the implementation of the Treasury Bond Preferential Operator Agreement, which made BFA the market's first Market Maker. He has a degree and a postgraduate qualification in Business Management.

Horácio Chiquemba is a Non-Executive Administrator responsible for supervising management, strategically contributing to the development of Kassai, with over a decade of experience in the areas of investments, finance, and business strategy. He currently leads the Structuring and Strategic Planning area at Gemcorp Angola, with previous experience in the investment banking sectors of Banco Atlântico Europa and Banco Millennium Angola. He holds a degree in International Economic Relations from UPRA-Angola, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from ISEG-Portugal, and a master's degree in Investment Strategy and Internationalization of Companies from ISEG/Portugal.

Giovanni Peliganga leads the Structuring Department, bringing over 14 years of professional experience, including 12 years in financial and capital markets. He was part of the founding team of Standard Gestão de Activos, where he served as Director of Business Development and Advisory. He has held senior positions at the CMC, UGD/MINFIN and BFA, contributing to major financial market initiatives, including Angola’s 2019 and 2021 Eurobond issuances and the country’s first public corporate bond issuance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Economics of Financial Markets and Intermediaries.
