<p data-start="107" data-end="471"><strong data-start="107" data-end="471">KASSAI Capital, the Asset Management Company established by GEMCORP Capital in 2024, hereby repudiates and categorically denies the news recently published by the Imparcial Press website/social media channels, which attributes to businessman Minoru Dondo the acquisition of a majority stake in Banco de Negócios Internacional (BNI).</strong></p><p data-start="473" data-end="649">Such information is false and unfounded, lacking any factual basis, as Mr Minoru Dondo does not hold any stake whatsoever in KASSAI Capital, in the FÉNIX Fund, or in Banco BNI.</p><p data-start="651" data-end="1183">The transaction in question was formally conducted by KASSAI Capital, through the FÉNIX Fund, and consists of the acquisition of 70 per cent of BNI’s share capital, representing an investment of 50 billion kwanzas (approximately 54.1 million USD).
